About Us

The Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout Central East Scotland.

Our Asset Management department includes technical, maintenance and property management services, as well as a large team of commercial operators.

About the role

Responsible for administrative support for managing the day-to-day work of the internal repair team, ensuring all logs are up to date and work is scheduled accordingly. Work within the department to provide excellent customer care, administration and support services, as well as identify and implement process changes to improve the service provided.

About you

You have proven administrative experience and are proficient in using custom databases and G Suite packages. You must have experience dealing directly with customers and providing excellent service. Planning and organizing both your own workload and that of your team is essential. You need to be a confident communicator, have the confidence to make tough decisions, work under tight deadlines, and be an effective, adaptable, team contributor eager to learn new skills.

While a driver’s license is not required for this position, it and access to your own transportation would be desirable. You will need to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Law Disclosure Test in Scotland.
