The deadline to apply for vacancies for Grade A Officers – General, Legal, Information Technology, Research and Official Languages recruited by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is today, 24 January. After which, SEBI will close the application window for these positions.
Interested and eligible candidates who wish to apply and have not yet done so can apply through the official website of SEBI – https://www.sebi.gov.in/.
The procedure for applying for the SEBI Grade A recruitment is as follows:
-Visit the official website- https://www.sebi.gov.in/
-Click on the ‘Careers’ tab in the about section
-Click on the link that says Grade A Request
-Register by going to the IBPS portal
-Duly complete the application form and upload all documents
-Select the desired position and pay the mentioned fees
-Submit the form, download and keep a printout for future use

According to the information available on the website, the deadline to edit online application details is also today, 24 January. The application fee payment deadline is also January 24. The deadline for printing the submitted application form is February 20. Online registration for the recruitment of A-grade officers started on January 5 this year.
According to the official notice available on the website (), the Phase I online exam for the recruitment of A-grade officers (Deputy Director) will be held on February 20. The Phase II online exam (excluding Information Technology Paper 2) will take place on March 20. IT Flow Phase I Test 2 will take place on April 3 and interview dates (Phase III) will be intimidated later by the Board.
The selection will be based on three stages, namely the Phase I online screening exam, the Phase II online exam, followed by an interview (Phase III).
To apply for the positions mentioned above, candidates must not be over the age of 30 on December 31, 2021.
To apply for the General, Research and Official Languages streams, candidates must hold a master’s degree in their relevant field. For the legal and IT streams, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in their relevant field.
An application fee of Rs 1000 for UR/OBC/EWS applicants is to be paid and an application fee of Rs 100 as an application fee is to be paid by SC/ST/PwBD applicants.
A total of 120 vacancies for the post of Officer Grade A (Deputy Director) will be filled through the SEBI-led recruitment campaign, including 80 positions for the general stream, 16 for the legal stream, 14 for the the information technology component 7 in the research component and 3 in the official languages component.
