The program is specifically designed for Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers in Associa offices across North America. Two 75-minute classes help participants improve their financial skills and ability to interpret association financial reports. Participants can also earn two hours of continuing education credit from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB).

To date, more than 700 Associa employees have taken the courses and are certified. Financial certification courses are available through Associa University, a centralized learning platform that helps team members discover, share, and discuss a huge library of learning resources, including courses in on-demand e-learning, webinars presented by respected learning partners, job aids, videos and articles, among others.
