The department is responsible for ensuring that we maintain circulation while examining ways to support improved air quality in the borough. We are also responsible for shaping the behavior of citizens by combating anti-social behavior such as littering, spitting and urinating.
The ideal candidate will be naturally customer-oriented and proactive. Typical tasks include; collect customer feedback, understand customer experience through mystery shopping, resolve complaints, analyze data, write reports and perform benchmarking activities.
You will support projects aimed at improving our customer service or creating savings and efficiencies. Other projects will provide new products and services.
The successful candidate will also play a role in creating a staff culture that embraces core behaviors by organizing events and activities, driving continuous improvement and promoting learning and development at every opportunity.
