Job requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Human Capital Management / Human Potential Management or related field
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)

Job description:

  • Responsible for researching and screening CVs/applications for vacancies through advertisements on UTAR website and other websites
  • Prepare a workforce planning report for all faculties
  • Help manage the annual appraisal exercise for academic staff
  • Help manage the annual promotion exercise for academic staff
  • Prepare statistical reports required by government/professional bodies
  • Any other duties assigned by the University from time to time
